Necessary documents
Don't worry if you don't have everything ready, we tell you exactly what you need and how to get it.
Our team of expert lawyers reviews all your documentation before submitting it to ensure the application is correctly formulated.
In any case, you will need the following three documents:
Complete copy of your passport
Scanned through all pages including front and back covers
Criminal records
From the countries where you have resided in the last 5 years.
Document proving you resided in Spain before 1 January 2026
Preferably a valid census certificate (3 months).
If you do not have the status of an international protection applicant, in addition to these documents, you will need to prove one of the following three situations:
Situation 1: You Accredit an Employment Relationship
You should be in one of these situations and have one of the following documents:
• Employment record or documents proving previous work experience before the application (employment contracts or previous payslips).
• Signed job offer from an employer who commits to hiring you (one or more contracts totalling over 90 days in 1 year). The company must be solvent.
• Commitment to work as self-employed (autónomos): A sworn declaration is sufficient.
Situation 2: Proof of Family Relationship
To believe you live with family members (minor children, adult children with disabilities requiring support, or first-degree ascendants - father or mother - with whom you live):
For this, you should have the following documents:
• Documentation proving the family ties (birth certificates, marriage certificates, civil partnership certificates, etc.) documents must be apostilled and, where applicable, translated.
• Documentation proving Living together (Certificate of joint registration).
Situation 3: You declare a situation of Vulnerability: To establish a situation of vulnerability through a report from the competent social assistance bodies or registered Third Sector entities.

At INMIGRITY, we have various agreements with different entities across Spain who will assess your vulnerability status free of charge. Upon completing the hiring process, if you do not provide the report yourself, we will put you in touch with one of these entities. Once they have assessed your situation, they will issue the report. As soon as you have it, you must upload it to your Inmigrity client portal for our lawyers to review and submit your application.
