• Employment record or documents proving previous work experience before the application (employment contracts or previous payslips).
• Signed job offer from an employer who commits to hiring you (one or more contracts totalling over 90 days in 1 year). The company must be solvent.
• Commitment to work as self-employed (autónomos): A sworn declaration is sufficient.
Situation 2: Proof of Family Relationship
To believe you live with family members (minor children, adult children with disabilities requiring support, or first-degree ascendants - father or mother - with whom you live):
For this, you should have the following documents:
• Documentation proving the family ties (birth certificates, marriage certificates, civil partnership certificates, etc.) documents must be apostilled and, where applicable, translated.
• Documentation proving Living together (Certificate of joint registration).
Situation 3: You declare a situation of Vulnerability: To establish a situation of vulnerability through a report from the competent social assistance bodies or registered Third Sector entities.
